Arbitexia Limited is a full-service software company based in Central, Hong Kong. We help businesses design, build, automate, modernize, and launch digital products and platforms that create commercial value.

Depending on the engagement, our services may include:

Software engineering and digital solutions - custom products, APIs, and applications for real operational use.

Web and SaaS platform development - multi-user platforms with roles, workflows, and room to scale.

AI-powered solutions - practical AI features and workflows where they create measurable lift.

Business automation - replacing repetitive handoffs with reliable, observable process automation.

System modernization and integration - upgrading fragmented or legacy stacks and connecting operational systems.

Technology consulting and continuous delivery - strategy, architecture, and ongoing improvement after go-live.

Supporting crafts such as product design and UX, cloud and infrastructure, data and analytics, and release support may be included as needed for an engagement.

We typically engage through Discover → Strategy → Development → Deployment → Continuous improvement, documented in a proposal, statement of work (SOW), or master services agreement (MSA).

Arbitexia also operates internal workspace systems (for example CRM outreach, job-search operations, plans, partners, teammates, finance, and support boards). Those systems are Arbitexia platforms unless a client agreement says otherwise.

These Terms apply to your use of arbitexia.com (the “Site”), including browsing, contact forms, cookies as described in our Cookie Policy, and access to employee or client areas linked from the Site.

Paid project work is governed by the applicable written agreement (proposal, SOW, MSA, or similar). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape content in a harmful way, or misuse contact channels (including spam or abusive messages).

Project case studies, service descriptions, and branding on the Site are informational. We may update or remove Site content as we refine how we present our work. Marketing copy does not create warranties beyond what a written agreement states.

Messages sent through the contact form or email are invitations to discuss cooperation. They do not create a binding project until both parties agree in writing.

Fees, timelines, acceptance criteria, change control, and warranty terms for services are defined in the applicable SOW or contract - not by marketing copy on the Site.

Unless otherwise agreed, estimates are not fixed prices. Material changes in scope may require a change order and revised fees or schedule.

For service engagements, you are responsible for providing timely access to stakeholders, content, systems, and decisions reasonably required for delivery.

You represent that materials you supply (brand assets, data, credentials, third-party software) may be used as needed to perform the services and do not infringe others’ rights.

Some areas (such as employee login) are restricted. If you receive credentials, keep them confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

We may suspend or revoke access for security, contractual, or legal reasons. Internal workspace tools (for example CRM or job-search operations boards) are for authorized staff only and remain Arbitexia systems unless a client agreement says otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Arbitexia and its licensors own the Site’s design, text, graphics, trademarks, and pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.

Ownership of custom deliverables created under a paid engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement. Pre-existing Arbitexia IP and third-party components remain with their respective owners, with licenses granted as stated in the agreement.

You may not copy or redistribute Site materials for commercial use without our permission.

Each party should protect the other’s non-public business, technical, and personal information obtained in connection with an inquiry or engagement, and use it only for that purpose, except where disclosure is required by law.

More detailed confidentiality obligations may appear in an NDA or project agreement.

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that Site content is complete or error-free.

Warranties for delivered software or services, if any, are only those expressly stated in the applicable project agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Arbitexia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Site use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to any different venue agreed in a project contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
